How do I pay?

We accept most major payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Ban Contact, Google Pay, iDeal, Maestro, Shop Pay, Union Pay, as well as PayPal). Whilst the content of your cart may be displayed in the currency of your choice, the currency in which your order is processed will depend on your location. If you are in the UK your order will be processed in British Pounds (GBP £). If you are in the European Union your order will be processed in Euros (EUR €). Orders placed in all other locations will be processed in United States Dollars (USD $).

Where are you located?

Operationally, we are based in the UK. However, our distribution centres are located world-wide. Your order will be distributed from the centre closest to your shipping destination.

Do you customise items? 

Yes, it is possible for us to customise some items, and we are open to design requests. Please send the details of your request to info@rheomara.com (Subject: "Custom Order") and we will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours.

The tracking information states that my order has been delivered but I have not received my order. What should I do?

In cases like these, we suggest that you reach out to the carrier to check for proof of delivery and enquire if any additional information has been provided by the delivery person. Stolen or missing packages with a status as "delivered" by the carrier are not covered by our refund or replacement policies.

How do I report a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with the print, please email info@rheomara.com the following:

  1. your detail and your order number
  2. a photo of the damaged goods

We will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days from the estimated date of delivery.

Can I return or exchange the item for a different size or colour? 

We only print orders as they are received so we do not have stock available for exchanges or returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with the print, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We will not provide a refund or exchange if an incorrect size has been ordered. A new order would therefore need to be placed with the updated size. This will be at your expense.

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel an order if the printing of the items have already started (usually 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed). If you do wish to cancel an order the please send us an email at info@rheomara.com, as soon as possible, so that we can check the status of the order for you.

What is your return address?

Please contact us with any issues, and if necessary we will send you the address to return your item to.
